Depending on the time of year - the number of daylight hours available - we either take brunch at Saint Mere Eglise or lunch at our favourite restaurant beside Omaha Beach.
We are experts at arranging those little extra ' trimmings' for special anniversaries and big number birthdays - given our past careers we also know how to keep secrets!
