READING THE NEWS THE ROYAL NAVY AIRBORNE FORCES
DREAM FLIGHT ALONGSIDE THE SWISS ALPS September brings pastel skies over the Swiss Alps. The big four - Dufourspitze of the Monte Rosa, Dom, Matterhorn and Weisshorn - soar almost the same height as Mont Blanc, Europe's highest a little further west. No less than 38 peaks rise over 4000 metres along the highest Alp Range within Switzerland. The Matterhorn's famous outline is towards the right of the photo and the Dent Blanche is on its right. The Dom is the needle peak at left and the Monte Rosa at centre stage. All these summits are less than half an hour flight from the airfield near Bern.
